I'm at the beginning of my latest track season and I'm a little fed up. Its day 3 and my knees already feel terrible as well as my left foot. I started having pain in my achilles tendons three years ago and it intensified into knee pain when i began doing High Intensity Training. I completed my basketball season and then track season with the knee pain and continouos icing and pain killers. The following year i couldn't muster up the energy to do any sports because i was afraid and rightly so that my knees would begin to hurt as soon as i began running again. I've spent hundreds on orthodics and physical therapy but my knees still aren't up to the job.
So, i've decided to air all my constant complaints here and see if i can find some solution. I will be blogging my eating as well as exercise, footwear, and therapy sessions to see if there is some pattern to the pain levels of the day. Hopefully meticulous observation will lead to a solution.....
